  I couldn’t recommend Luquire highly enough. Lee came out, evaluated my needs, and gave me a very competitive quote. Within the same week, my new system was installed and is working excellently. From start to finish, Lee and his crew were outstanding. They were extremely professional, treated my home with care, and did a fantastic job on the installation. Luquire’s pricing was very competitive while still providing quality, name-brand equipment rather than the budget-grade systems commonly used in spec homes. They also offer one of the best parts and labor warranties available, which made the value even better. What impressed me most was the overall experience. After dealing with several other HVAC companies leading up to this replacement, the difference in professionalism, communication, workmanship, and customer service was night and day. Luquire exceeded my expectations in every way. Excellent equipment, excellent installation, competitive pricing, a great warranty, and a crew that takes pride in their work.   My air conditioning went out during the hot Alabama heat, and Jay with Luquire quickly came to my rescue. He found the bad capacitor that was causing my fan not to run and was making the electricity in my home sag when the unit started. The failure causing the fan not to operate caused my compressor to also fail. Jay quickly tried a hard-start capacitor but told me there was a good chance it wouldn't work. Luquire investigated and found that my compressor was still under the manufacturer warranty which saved me LOTS of money on the replacement costs. The technicians were very knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. The dispatch was friendly and efficient. There is an extra charge if you pay with a credit card, but that isn't their fault. They give a 15% discount for military and veterans, which saved me even more money. I would highly recommend Luquire to my friends and to anyone needing HVAC services.   Thank goodness for Ken and Zach! The pilot light on our hot water heater went out for the 3rd time in 2 months. Ken thoroughly checked and cleaned the unit then explained our options. With knowledge and patience, he answered my many questions.  Ken and Zach were able to secure the part we needed and had our unit fixed in no time (same day).   Hired luquire to clean and tune up our A/C unit for the summer. Very happy with the service, technician was on time and polite. Cleaned the indoor and outdoor unit and made sure they were in good working order. And most important, no scare tactics to try and upsell services or products. Also gave us a free filter for the AC.   I recently had a fantastic experience with Luquire, and I wanted to recognize the excellent service provided by their technician, Blake. He quickly repaired a broken flange and went above and beyond by performing additional maintenance and carefully caulking the toilet. The quality of his work was outstanding, and he completed everything in an impressively short amount of time. What really stood out was his professionalism—he arrived right on time for an appointment I had only scheduled the day before, and he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. It’s not always easy to find service like that. Luquire has consistently been a great company to work with, and this experience only reinforced the trust I have in them.
